Purva Aerocity Maintenance Charges are estimated to be Rs. 5 per square foot. These are the fees for the upkeep and operations of the commonly owned property areas spanning 7.5 acres. During booking, the builder collects an advance maintenance fee of almost Rs.65/ - per sq. ft. from buyers for 1 year. The amount of maintenance charge varies from project to project depending on the area and amenities of the project. All property owners have to pay the fixed maintenance charge that will be used to operate amenities like security, cleaning, waste disposal, etc.

  5. Housekeeping Fee: The person who cleans all the areas in the facility must be paid a salary.
  6. Garbage Fee: The amount spent on garbage and wastewater treatment in the project.
  7. Miscellaneous Fee: This applies to repairs to elevator lighting and other emergency purposes.

Developers provide buyers with a clear breakdown of the costs involved in purchasing a home in the project. This lets them know what maintenance charge they will have to pay every month. Buyers can decide if this is a payment that they can afford.

For larger projects, there is a team that takes care of all the amenities like swimming pools, children's parks, gardens, common areas, etc. These are very important to maintain a clean space in the project. This means that buyers can enjoy a better living environment.

Maintenance fees will be distributed among all property owners. They are due to be paid after the buyers acquire the property in 2028. The owners will pay these fees to repair the project if necessary.
